Riung 17 Pulau or also known by Riung 17 national park is an archipelago totaling 17 islands located in Flores Island, East Nusa Tenggara.  Administratively, Riung 17 Island is located in the subdistrict Riung, Ngada district. This area situated approximately 70 km north of Bajawa, Ngada capital. If talk about tourism, Riung 17 Island it has everything, the visitors who come to Riung 17 dub it’s an underwater paradise in Eastern Indonesia.

Most people didn’t include marine tourism on Java Island into the count. In fact Java Island also has nautical paradise that is not less beautiful than other regions in Indonesia such as the Karimunjawa Island. Karimunjawa is an island located in Jepara regency which is also the only district in Central Java separated by the sea. Karimunjawa is an archipelago of 22 small islands with total area of land and sea amounted to 111.625 hectare with a population more than 8800 inhabitants. Lake Sentani

Papua or island known as Earth of bird paradise does have beautiful marine tourism no less other than areas in Indonesia. One of the most beautiful places in Papua is the Lake Sentani. Lake Sentani is 70-90 meters above sea level. Located also in the Cyclops Mountains and is a volcanic lake.

Source water comes from 14 large and small rivers with a single river mouths, the lake’s depth is very steep. Lake Sentani offers incredible Scenery. If you visit the Lake Sentani, you will find some of Crane and the Eagles are going to grab a fish in Lake Sentani. (more…)

Kepulauan Seribu means a “Thousand Island” is one of Indonesian National Park and to be representative of marine nature conservation area. Thousand Islands stretching from the coast of Jakarta Bay comprises almost 128 beautiful small islands, located approximately 45 km north of Jakarta. There are a variety of large-small islands with a height of not more than three meters and it’s a group of islands reefs.

The condition of natural resources in the Thousand Island keeps potential, especially in the fisheries and tourism sectors. Marine tourism activities have been developed in the Thousand Islands, such as fishing, marine recreation and islands, water bike, diving, windsurfing and snorkeling. (more…)
